Rosalind Elsie Franklin

Ever wonder who proved that the structure of DNA was a double helix...? Rosalind Franklin with her X-ray crystallography did just that.

This bold and bright collage celebrates the life and career of trailblazer Rosalind Franklin. She was the first to use a complex technique called X-Ray Crystallography to elucidate the shape of DNA and proved it was a double helix. She also worked on coal and viral structures. She was a genius who broke down gender barriers allowing women everywhere to pursue their passions, especially in the areas of science.
