Schrödinger

This striking mixed media collage on watercolor paper pays tribute to Erwin Schrödinger, the legendary physicist whose work in quantum mechanics forever changed the way we understand reality. Best known for his famous thought experiment Schrödinger's Cat and his formulation of the Schrödinger equation, he introduced the idea that particles can exist in multiple states at once—a foundational principle of quantum theory.

In this collage, bold torn textures, a glowing orange orb, and sheet music converge with hand-drawn scientific notation and a silhouette of a mysterious cat—both alive and not, as the paradox suggests. At the heart of the piece is Schrödinger himself, surrounded by the duality of art and science, probability and paradox.

Perfect for collectors who appreciate intellectually charged art with visual sophistication, Schrödinger invites us to explore the uncertain spaces between science, mystery, and imagination.
